Detailed introduction to the assembly effect of LED screen modules

LED displays are assembled from LED display modules. All types of LED screens consist of modules. Modules produced in our factory can be assembled into cabinets. Either closely jointed modules or connected cabinets deliver a seamless splicing effect, which defines an LED display.
Compared with LCD screens, LED displays feature technical advantages including easy maintenance, flexible splicing and energy efficiency.
LED display model numbers indicate pixel pitch. For example, a P2 display has a pixel pitch of 2 mm. If the panel size is 320×160 mm, the pixel count of a single panel is calculated as 320/2 = 160 pixels horizontally and 160/2 = 80 pixels vertically, namely 160 × 80 pixels.
The pixel density per square meter is 500 pixels per meter in both horizontal and vertical directions, resulting in a total of 250,000 pixels per square meter. A 10-square-meter P2 LED display therefore has 2,500,000 pixels in total.
Cinema screens generally require a 4K resolution, which delivers exceptionally clear and stunning visual effects. This follows the same principle: more pixels create richer, finer and more delicate images.
