GOB for LED screens refers to a layer of transparent curable glue. When this process is applied to finished LED modules, it forms a protective coating on the module surface.

This technology does not compromise the luminous performance of the modules. The modules can still display normally even after minor knocks or water splashes.

Equipment in the GOB workshop is generally not open to external visitors. At present, only a handful of manufacturers can deliver stable finished products with this technology.

The GOB process involves multiple complex procedures and relies heavily on dedicated production equipment. Common defects include uneven cutting of the adhesive layer and air bubbles inside the glue.
