How can we quickly find faulty points during the LED display aging test?
Aging testing must be conducted on LED displays once finished as finished goods. The aging process is designed to detect all defective points. We normally switch the display between white balance mode and the three primary colors (red, green and blue). This method can quickly identify faulty lamp beads.
Lamp beads are the most failure-prone component of LED displays. If all lamp bead issues are resolved in advance and the screens complete full aging properly, the product quality will remain highly stable in later use.

For outdoor LED displays, waterproof craftsmanship and waterproof testing must be fully inspected. LED screen manufacturers generally implement three stages of QC: incoming material inspection, in-process patrol inspection and final inspection.
Inspection is only one part of quality control. Long-term accumulated technical experience matters far more, including proper production methods, preventive measures and advance planning to eliminate defective LED displays before shipment.
It should be noted that indoor LED displays generally deliver better stability than outdoor models. This is because outdoor operating environments are much harsher than indoor spaces. Therefore, outdoor LED displays, especially those with large pixel pitches, are recommended to use through-hole lamp beads. They feature high brightness with thick, large encapsulant, delivering far more stable performance and lower power consumption.
