Packaging Methods & Labels for LED Screen Modules

All LED display modules adopt a modular structure. Each module consists of an LED lamp bead surface and a plastic bottom housing. The lamp bead side serves as the display surface; minor knocks may scratch the surface or even cause lamp beads to fall off, resulting in defective products.
Therefore, LED display modules must be separated during packaging. Cardboards or foam inserts shall be placed between modules to reduce defects caused by collision and friction.
Labels cover information including module specifications, product certificates, operation instructions, brand logos and other relevant product attributes.
Neutral packaging is generally adopted for LED display modules to facilitate goods circulation among engineering contractors. Product parameters shall be clearly marked for easy identification of shipments.
It is recommended to use universal standard cabinets for LED modules, which simplifies both installation and subsequent maintenance work.
