Images show the aging process of outdoor LED displays in a workshop. The aging process typically lasts 24 hours, significantly reducing the failure rate of the LED displays. This is because the continuous aging process exposes potential problems early, allowing maintenance technicians to repair them and preventing future issues during normal use. Longda Optoelectronics has a dedicated aging workshop for entire screens and aging rooms for modules. Professional aging personnel replace and age products daily, continuously rotating over 1000 square meters per month, ensuring factory availability, rapid response, and fast delivery.

LED displays with right-angle turns utilize specialized LED display cabinets to achieve seamless splicing of corner screens. Outdoor LED displays need to withstand sun and rain, so we use large LED chips whenever possible, as these chips are more heat-resistant. Aging is achieved through continuous heating and use to prematurely expose potential problems, allowing for timely detection and resolution. This results in screen stability exceeding that of most other screens. Under normal use, a single screen should not be continuously lit for more than 24 hours, followed by a one-hour rest period.
