The SMT production lines of 'Longda' Optoelectronics adopt imported Yamaha chip mounters, equipped with reflow ovens, high-speed placement machines, screen printers and multi-functional mounters as supporting equipment.

Output from this workshop covers the first-step SMT capacity supporting the company’s overall operation; hence, all machinery here must run nonstop. Once production halts, subsequent processes including assembly, potting and aging testing will be suspended entirely.

The company’s daily output can exceed 500 square meters of LED panels, subject to specific screen models, PCB board quality and other relevant factors.
