The full-screen aging workshop is the final quality checkpoint for LED displays. Here, modules are assembled and secured to cabinets, then mounted on aging racks. After commissioning, the products undergo a 24-hour aging test. During this period, we inspect display images, and also verify and fasten the overall structure.
Most defects will be exposed and repaired during continuous aging. This ensures the products are fully reliable when packaged and delivered to customers.

Full-screen aging of LED displays is in progress. Rows of cabinets are neatly arranged and powered on. The aging duration normally ranges from 24 to 72 hours, with 24 hours as the minimum. If no faults are detected and confirmed by after-sales technicians, the products can be packaged after 24 hours of aging, followed by order processing and delivery arrangement.
This is the standard workflow for assembling, rack mounting and aging complete LED display screens. Though the procedures in the full-screen aging workshop seem simple, this department occupies the largest floor space. All LED screen accessories, finished displays, delivery cartons, packaging materials and tools are stored here.
