The aging and assembly workshop for LED screens can hold a maximum of 3,000 square meters of LED panels for aging at one time.

Due to simultaneous production demands from multiple orders, all LED screens entering the aging workshop, regardless of sequence, must undergo a minimum 24-hour aging test. When numerous orders overlap, the aging racks will be fully occupied by screens. Therefore, the workshop requires sufficient space. LED screens that have completed aging can be packed in advance and stored aside.

Each aging rack can accommodate around 600 square meters of LED displays for simultaneous aging. We have a total of five aging racks, supporting a maximum concurrent aging capacity of 3,000 square meters.

The remaining area is reserved for packaging operations. Aging and packaging work can proceed simultaneously. Stackable packing cartons can be piled up to save space, which effectively guarantees the factory’s throughput.

When large projects and multiple orders need to be processed at the same time, this facility layout directly reflects the company’s overall production capacity.
