The special-shaped LED display screen is docked by combining structural drawings and on-site structures.
The structure design of irregular LED displays first requires site structural drawings, and on-site photos for reference comparison are highly recommended. Based on the actual site dimensions and radian parameters, we design matching cabinet sizes and curvatures for seamless connection.On site, steel structures are fabricated and anchored to concrete foundations, or vertical support bearing points are built. The manufacturer then mounts the custom-designed LED display cabinets onto the supporting framework. Displays constructed in this manner are defined as irregular LED special-shaped screens.
Unlike standard LED displays, these products feature non-standard dimensions, which demand customized supporting structures. Their overall manufacturing costs differ significantly, with extra expenses incurred from specialized production procedures and technical development. Nevertheless, irregular LED special-shaped screens deliver highly distinctive visual effects upon completion.
